By AJ Willingham A mass shooting at a park in Brooklyn last night left one dead and 11 injured, authorities say.   Baltimore is fighting back after President Trump called the city a "disgusting ... rodent infested mess."  An Arizona company left bodies and severed limbs piled up instead of using them for research, lawsuit says.  Another NYPD officer has died by suicide --  the seventh such death so far this year.  Canadian police are searching for two teens who allegedly killed three people on a remote highway.    2020 Democratic debates go down The second round of Democratic debates will kick off in Detroit on Tuesday. Over two nights, 20 Democratic presidential candidates will take the stage. Pete Buttigieg, Beto O'Rourke and Elizabeth Warren will face off in Tuesday's debate, while Joe Biden, Cory Booker and Kamala Harris will headline Wednesday's event.  A$AP Rocky stands trial  American rapper A$AP Rocky's trial on assault charges will begin Tuesday in Sweden. A$AP is facing assault charges stemming from a June brawl in Stockholm. President Trump, Kanye West and Justin Bieber are just a few of the high-profile American names that have called for his release. Trump and Pence headline another rally  President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence will host a Keep America Great rally Wednesday in Cincinnati, Ohio. This will be the 29th rally that the President has held in Ohio and the fourth that is being held in Cincinnati since he began his race for President in June 2015. Given what happened at Trump's last rally in Greenville, North Carolina, there's no telling what this week's Cincinnati rally will bring.  Puerto Rico's governor resigns  Embattled Puerto Rican Gov. Ricardo Rosselló announced plans to resign last week amid protests and furor, and Friday is the day he steps down. Protests broke out across the island after hundreds of leaked government chats showed Rosselló and members of his inner circle sharing profanity-laced, homophobic and misogynistic messages. Secretary of Justice Wanda Vázquez Garced is expected to take up the office, and she has already found herself in the crosshairs of wary protesters.  Time runs out on the INF Treaty Friday is the deadline for the US to pull out of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty — an agreement the US signed with Russia in 1987 that helped slow the nuclear arms race. Earlier this year, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the US would suspend involvement in the treaty because, according the the administration, Russia had violated the treaty for years "without remorse." Russia has also vowed to back out at the same time.
