MURDER CHARGE: The man accused of running down pedestrians in New York's Times Square has been charged with one count of murder and 20 counts of attempted murder, the NYPD said.

Richard Rojas, 26, is accused of intentionally killing one and injuring 22 in the Thursday incident.
