"Chasing Light" is written by former White House photographer Amanda Lucidon, who for several years shadowed Michelle Obama, culminating in the 150 images showcased in the book. Senate Republicans will hold a policy lunch today, a chance to see how they're feeling about health care after the July Fourth recess. One senior Republican source told CNN the chances they pass a health care bill at this point are, "Better than 1%. Not yet above 2% in my opinion."

Blac Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian that includes posting about her on social media, and she accused him of hitting her in a court document and told "Good Morning America" she returned two cars and jewelry to his mother's house "because I'm not going to let this man buy me."
