WHAT THE?! 7/15/19 Believe Us, You've Never Seen a Clam Like This We're dishing up weird and wonderful foods in our latest season of Try It You'll Like It. On today's menu—the world's largest burrowing clam. It's called the geoduck, and it looks like a...um… (well, you have eyes.) This saltwater clam is unique to the Pacific Northwest. Geoducks are challenging to harvest because they burrow deep into the ground. But the crew at Taylor Shellfish Farms in Bow, Washington, have their methods. Serving Weeds at NYC's High End Restaurants There are people who dismiss dandelions and cattails as common weeds. Tama Matsuoka Wong sees them as fine cuisine. She is a forager, and she hunts for edible plants in the woods. It isn't just a hobby.
