Did you know, in Ethiopia, coffee is sometimes served with salt?

Wonders of the world (including coffee.) 11/14/19 Drinking Jimma Coffee With Cloves in Ethiopia When Dassu Tola makes coffee, she makes a big pot—enough to serve her family and neighbors. Tola lives in Dima Atabala, Ethiopia, where the locals drink jimma. She roasts the beans in a pan and grounds them with a mortar and pestle. Once brewed, the coffee is served with cloves and sugar, and sometimes salt.  If there is one thing people everywhere love, it just might be coffee. The Italian island a mile north of Venice is world famous for glass production. Ritsue Mishima is a master of the craft, and her work stands out. While Murano is known for colorful glass, this Japanese artist only creates sculptures out of transparent glass, inspired by the water all around her. Built in 1851, it offers stunning panoramic views of Saxon Switzerland National Park. Which isn't in Switzerland, by the way, but in Saxony, Germany. The journey to this stone span overlooking the Elbe River is as gorgeous as the view. Visitors climb a series of steps to reach the scenic platform.
