One of the key challenges of this process is the need to analyze data in real time. For a patient who does not have time to wait for insights, every hour is precious. Micron has teamed up with the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute to use machine learning and artificial intelligence to speed up that process, giving patients, doctors and researchers the gift of time. This Great Big Story is by Micron.  Making Nepal's Chhurpi, the Hardest Cheese in the World Dinesh Gale is a cattle farmer who makes chhurpi in Tipling, Nepal. It's a hard cheese that comes from the milk of chauri—that's a cross between a yak and a cow. Chhurpi smells smoky and tastes sweet, and you chew it like you would a piece of gum. People have been making this cheese in remote parts of the Himalayas for centuries. It keeps for a long time—up to 20 years if you stash it in a special yak skin. This Great Big Story was inspired by Genesis. Crack Yourself a Cup of Egg Coffee in Vietnam Some people eat eggs while they drink their coffee. But you can have eggs in your coffee at Café Dinh in Hanoi, Vietnam. Ta Duy Khoa runs the family coffee shop. He says his father-in-law started mixing eggs into coffee because of dairy rationing in the 1970s. Today, egg coffee is Café Dinh's best-selling drink.  If there is one thing people everywhere love, it just might be coffee.
