ARKANSAS EXECUTIONS: State completes first US double execution since 2000

Marcel Williams has been put to death for a 1994 kidnapping, rape and murder. He is the third condemned inmate to be executed by Arkansas in five days after Ledell Lee was executed Thursday and Jack Jones was executed earlier Monday evening.
