The González sisters—Susanna, Isabel, Lala and Belén—ply their collective trade as percebeiras, or goose barnacle hunters, in Baiona, Spain. While the barnacles, or "percebes" as they're called in Spanish, are plentiful along the rocky Atlantic coast of Galicia, harvesting these little culinary delicacies is often a difficult—and even dangerous—job.
