What It Takes to Be the World's Fastest Marathon Runner
Kenenisa Bekele is one of the world's fastest marathon runners. He runs 26.2 miles in half the time it takes the average runner. Last year he was just six seconds shy of breaking the world record for the fastest marathon ever completed. Now, in an effort to achieve his ultimate goal, Bekele is training twice a day and pushing his body to places few will ever know.
