Giving a Voice to the Streets
Mike Boston is a music producer and founder of MobileStü, a mobile recording studio giving the city's youth a chance to be heard. With a truck equipped with recording tools, Mike helps kids in the community create their own hip-hop tracks, giving them a way to express themselves through music.
Aging Wine at the Bottom of the Sea
In the southern part of Croatia, in the peninsula of Pelješac, one winery is taking their love of wine *deep*—75 feet below the Mediterranean Sea's surface. Wanting to combine his two favorite pastimes, winemaker and scuba diver Edi Bajurin built an underwater winery, with custom cages and secure clay amphora that store the bottles for a year and a half.
Tapping to His Own Beat
Evan Ruggiero has always moved to his own beat. At the age of 6, he fell in love with tap dancing. But, at age 19, a bone cancer diagnosis cost Evan his right leg and threatened to end his dancing dreams. Nevertheless, he kept his hopes up, fighting cancer one step at a time.
