On GPS at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET on CNN: First, Fareed gives his Take on the recent escalation in tensions between the United States and North Korea -- and how the Trump administration can still get off the current "perilous path." "The denuclearization of North Korea right now is a fantasy. It will not happen unless the United States is willing to wage a war on the Korean Peninsula," Fareed says. "Everyone knows this, but no official in Washington is willing to publicly admit it. So the United States has now adopted a zombie policy, one that has no chance of success but staggers along nonetheless." Then, Fareed hosts a panel to dig deeper into the North Korea issue, as well as two other big stories from the week -- the far-right gains in Germany's election, and the emphatic vote for independence by Iraqi Kurds. Joining Fareed are Sue Mi Terry, a former official with the CIA and the National Security Council and now with BowerGroupAsia, Bernard-Henri Levy, a French writer and philosopher, and Gideon Rose, editor of Foreign Affairs. Watch Bernard-Henri Lévy discuss Iraqi Kurds' independence vote Also on the show, Fareed speaks with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella about the emergence of new technologies, the key to good leadership, the importance of empathy, and the transformation of the company.
