What Washington Is Talking About:
All the feuds. We have Trump vs. Corker (President Donald Trump recycled a nickname this morning, calling the Tennessee Republican "Liddle' Bob Corker" in a tweet), Trump vs. Tillerson (the President told Forbes that Rex Tillerson's reported "moron" comment is "fake news" but that regardless, he knows who would win an IQ test) and Trump vs. Trump (more on that below).

What America Is Talking About:
Fires are burning across 119,032 acres of California as of Monday night, and have left at least 11 dead and burned more than 1,500 homes and businesses.

Trump Announces Economic Development Bill:
In that same Forbes interview where he said he'd take an IQ test with the secretary of state, Trump also said he has an economic development bill that "no one knows about" with incentives for companies. "It's both a carrot and a stick," he said. "It is an incentive to stay. But it is perhaps even more so -- if you leave, it's going to be very tough for you to think that you're going to be able to sell your product back into our country."

Trump vs. Trump:
We have some "Real Housewives"-level drama cooking. After Ivana Trump's comment that she is first lady during an ABC News interview to promote her book "Raising Trump," Melania Trump weighed in with a statement to CNN from communications director Stephanie Grisham:

"Mrs. Trump has made the White House a home for Barron and the President. She loves living in Washington, DC, and is honored by her role as first lady of the United States. She plans to use her title and role to help children, not sell books. There is clearly no substance to this statement from an ex, this is unfortunately only attention-seeking and self-serving noise."

Even Andy Cohen couldn't believe it. "This is actually happening," he tweeted. "All the wives are fighting. Even I AM SPEECHLESS."

Dunham Apologizes for Clinton-Weinstein Benefit During the Campaign:
In a New York Times op-ed, Lena Dunham wrote she's sorry for performing at a benefit for Hillary Clinton in 2016 organized by the Weinstein Co. She wrote:

"I had heard the rumors. I felt that going onstage under his aegis was a betrayal of my own values. But I wanted so desperately to support my candidate that I made a calculation. We've all made calculations, and saying we're sorry about those calculations is not an act of cowardice. ... I'm sorry I shook the hand of someone I knew was not a friend to women in my industry."

Dunham also wrote that "as a liberal industry," Hollywood has "been quick to condemn Bill O'Reilly, Roger Ailes and, yes, the president" and she questioned the "deafening silence" when it comes to Weinstein.

Meanwhile, Clinton Remains Silent:
Hillary Clinton made her first public appearance since the Weinstein story broke on Monday night at the University of California, Davis. She spoke for 90 minutes but did not mention Weinstein, nor did anyone ask her about the controversy.

Asked about her silence on the topic, her former running mate, Sen. Tim Kaine, told CNN this morning, "Hillary Clinton speaks out against sexual harassment often, and I'm sure she'll have a word to say when the time's right for her," but that "I'm nobody's press secretary."

Weinstein's Credits Getting Wiped:
The Weinstein Co. is looking into changing its name, and will be dropping Harvey Weinstein's name from upcoming TV shows. First up is Wednesday's episode of "Project Runway," per The Hollywood Reporter.

ESPN Suspends Jemele Hill:
The ESPN host, who suggested on Twitter this weekend a boycott of Dallas Cowboys' advertisers because coach Jerry Jones said players can't play if they kneel during the National Anthem, has been suspended by the network for two weeks. President Trump weighed in:

eBay Founder: Social Media Has Become a Direct Threat to Democracy:
Pierre Omidyar wrote IN an op-ed in The Washington Post that despite how technology brings us together, "monetization and manipulation of information is swiftly tearing us apart," citing polarization and echo chambers, the spread of false information, and trolls and bots that can manipulate and make something appear to be more popular than it really is.
