Olympic ski jumper Sarah Hendrickson is no stranger to soaring through the skies. She's been taking flight for 15 years, jumping from dizzying heights and sliding downhill at staggering speeds. Going from 0 to 60mph in three seconds, ski jumping is not for the faint of heart. Strap on, it's a thrilling (bone-chilling) ride.

'My Black Is Beautiful': Teaching Self Confidence Through Music
Lovely Hoffman, an educator and musician, has found a way to blend her passions and teach her students lessons that go well beyond the classroom. In addition to leading an after-school group that facilitates positive discussion among her students, Hoffman recorded a song, "My Black Is Beautiful," to help her students feel beautiful in their own skin.
