What Washington Is Talking About:
In a party-line vote, the Repub tax reform bill was passed out of the House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday, while Senate Repub released their own tax reform bill, which differs from the House bill enough that ironing out the differences could present some issues.

What America Is Talking About:
Taylor Swift's new album, "Reputation," is out. It's not currently available on streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music, so you'll have to buy it.

Roy Moore Defiant in Face of Allegations:
Four women accused Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of pursuing relationships with them decades ago when they were teenagers and he was in his 30s in a bombshell Washington Post report. The story is based on interviews with more than 30 people who knew Moore and published Thursday. One of the women said Moore kissed her, inappropriately touched her and gave her alcohol when she was underage. The legal age for consent in Alabama is 16.

Moore's campaign denied the allegations in a statement, calling the story "garbage" and "the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation." And in a tweet storm, Moore said "The Obama-Clinton Machine's liberal media lapdogs just launched the most vicious and nasty round of attacks against me I've EVER faced! We are in the midst of a spiritual battle with those who want to silence our message."

Some Repubs Call for Moore to Step Down:
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell both said Moore needs to step aside if the allegations are true. Sen. John McCain said he should step aside, with no "if these allegations are true" caveat. And Sen. Jeff Flake, responding to a Republican county chairman in Alabama who said he'd still consider voting for Moore even if evidence of sexual abuse emerged, said this:

Meanwhile, Bannon Says Fight On:
Speaking Thursday in New Hampshire, former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon compared the allegations to last year's revelations about Donald Trump with the "Access Hollywood" tape:

"The Bezos-Amazon-Washington Post that dropped that dime on Donald Trump, is the same Bezos-Amazon-Washington Post that dropped the dime this afternoon on Judge Roy Moore. Now is that a coincidence? That's what I mean when I say opposition party, right? It's purely part of the apparatus of the Democratic Party. They don't make any bones about it. By the way, I don't mind it. I'll call them out every day."

Moore's on the Ballot No Matter What:
No matter what, Moore's name remains on the ballot in Alabama -- it's too late to change that -- but according to the Alabama secretary of state's office, it is possible for voters to write in an alternative candidate in the December 12 election.

Exclusive: Melania Trump Reflects on Asia Trip and Time as First Lady:
The first lady spoke with Kate at the Great Wall today. It is, I believe, the first CNN interview with a member of the Trump family since August 25, 2016, when Anderson Cooper interviewed Donald Trump. It shows 1. That Kate owns her beat and 2. The extent to which Melania Trump continues to be independent of her husband.

Melania Trump said she discussed her platform to help children with the spouses of world leaders while on the Asia trip. "We did exchange what they're working on and what I will work on and what my passion is," she said.

She said her family loves to live in Washington. When asked about any frustrations she has as first lady, she said, "It's a lot of things that you need to take care of, a lot of responsibilities."

Today she also visited the Beijing Zoo, where she handed out stuffed bald eagles to children and fed its star panda Gu Gu, according to her communications director, Stephanie Grisham.

Would You Like to See Trump in a Traditional Vietnamese Shirt?
Of course you would.

Trump wore the shirt today at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Danang, Vietnam. World leaders wear traditional clothes at the conference. Here's Obama in 2016 and W. in 2008, both in Lima, Peru.

Stephen Miller's Been Interviewed by Robert Mueller, Sources Say:
The White House senior policy adviser is the highest-level aide now working in the White House known to be interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller.

The Rand Paul Story Gets Weirder:
A senior aide to the Kentucky Republican told CNN said the Pauls haven't spoken with Rene Boucher, the neighbor accused of assaulting the senator, in years. And other neighbors find it "inconceivable" that landscaping disagreement had anything to do with it. Boucher pleaded not guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor assault charge.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on Gun Control:
The country music couple talked to Billboard ahead of their Washington show, and they touched on guns. McGraw said:

"Look, I'm a bird hunter -- I love to wing-shoot. However, there is some common sense that's necessary when it comes to gun control. They want to make it about the Second Amendment every time it's brought up. It's not about the Second Amendment."

Hill said they knew "a lot of people" at the Route 91 Harvest music festival, the scene of last month's massacre in Las Vegas, and that "military weapons should not be in the hands of civilians." She said:

"It's everyone's responsibility, including the government and the National Rifle Association, to tell the truth. We all want a safe country."

The couple are on the cover of Billboard's issue dated November 18-December 2:

Guys, I Got the Buff Bernie Coloring Book:
Remember, the one that the Russia-connected troll Facebook page LGBT United posted about in an ad revealed by the House Intelligence Committee last week? I found it on Amazon for $13.50. Now you too can inexplicably color a jacked Bernie Sanders with a mostly yellow body and green and fuchsia legs.

I reached out to the creator, Los Angeles artist Nicole Daddona, who told me she had no idea her work was used by Russian trolls during the campaign. "I made the coloring book because I really like Bernie Sanders and I love to draw," she told COVER/LINE. "I thought it was a funny and lighthearted way to promote Bernie Sanders during the campaign. It was a weird idea that came to me during a pizza-induced fever dream that made me laugh, and I thought it might make other people laugh, too."

It definitely made me laugh. This is the cover and my personal favorite page showing the ultimate Bernie Bro shirtless mirror selfie. I'm screaming ðŸ˜‚😂😂

Daddona said her next project is a pull-string talking Trump doll.

Street Art Sighting:
There's a bar in APEC host city Danang, Vietnam, called Trump Bar, that Nguyen Ha Anh Tuan, 32, pictured right, below, and Huynh Nhat Quang, 30, opened five months ago. The decor includes pieces of Trump art. The pair told Getty naming their bar after Trump was a "wise marketing move" and they wanted to bring the spirit of Trump's turbulence to the establishment.
