Edgora McEwan is on the rise in Dubai. A mother of two originally from Uzbekistan, she is the United Arab Emirates's first female hot air balloon pilot-in-training. You will see why Edgora has such a passion for flying these lighter-than-air aircrafts when cyclist and adventurer Mark Beaumont joins her for an early morning flight over the Dubai desert.
