Reconnecting With Nature as Stress Relief
Any time she is feeling down, or anxious, entrepreneur and mental health advocate Ghida Arnaout heads outside to reconnect with herself. Thankfully, she lives in Dubai, a city full of epic outdoor activities. Tag along as cyclist and adventurer Mark Beaumont joins Ghida for a whirlwind couple of days of wakeboarding, kayaking and hiking.
You'd best not blink when you watch the folk dance trio Fricska perform. These dancers move so fast you just might miss a move. Ahmed, Gergely and Máté combine Hungarian folk dancing with modern dance styles performed at blistering speed using their hands and their feet, creating a form of dance that is uniquely their own.
You wouldn't send Mozart on stage with a toy piano, so why should the brightest minds in mathematics use anything less fabulous than the Rolls Royce of chalk? Pencils down, please, as we tell the tale of a writing implement so irreplaceable, professors stockpiled it.
